Super curious on whether or not anyone else has ever heard of this, but I have been eating peanut butter and egg sandwiches since I was little. It’s exactly what it sounds like-2 slices of bread with peanut butter and a fried egg in the middle. It’s sounds gross and strange but I find it sooo good; honestly it’s just one of those things that you just have to try before you judge, lol.
For awhile, I just thought it was one of those things that only real Asians know about like the egg, shrimp and tomato dish that my parents cooked sometimes when I was growing up, but my cousins never heard of it before and there are real testimonials and recipes when I googled it.
So I guess the post of this article was to see if anyone else has ever heard of this and if you haven’t, you should try it.
